You can setup a trigger that will automatically add tags to your contacts. Below is how you go about it and when you might want to use it.

You might have a contact that was identified through your email marketing. This person ends up in your email marketing stream, as well as your identified stream. But then, the contact also enquires using a CANDDi Capture.

In the Trigger Dashboard, choose ‘Change Tag’. You then pick the stream you want this trigger to apply to, and when to use that trigger. In the setup below you can choose to either add or remove a tag. In this case, we are adding a ‘capture_enquired’.

You would use ‘remove the tag’ if, for example, a prospect moves from ‘Company Identified’ to ‘Identified’ stream, if you have a company_identified tag.
