If you have received a notification saying someone filled in your enquiry form but you can't find them within CANDDi, here are some reasons why this might be:

1) There are 2 people associated to 1 profile - if 2 people have used the same computer, CANDDi will add the new information to the same profile. (You can see a black folded page icon on any contact where we have gathered multiples of the same info, e.g. two different company names)

2) If someone entered the wrong data:

For example: @hotmailcom instead of

CANDDi will not pick this up as a form submission and therefore will not appear in the 'Identified Visitors' stream

3) If the person has tracking turned off then we will not pick them up,

3a) If someone is not running java script in their

browser we will not be able to track them,

3b) If someone has 'Do Not Track' headers turned on

then CANDDi will respect this,

3c) If they turned on tracking blockers then

CANDDi will also respect this and we won't track them.
