You can do this either by using the excludes modal or from within the individual contact profile.

Click on the contact profile to open it in the detailed view, and scroll down to the ‘ACTIONS’ widget, and click the Prospect button.

Click the ‘EXCLUDE CONTACT’ button, and that contact will no longer be visible in any of your streams, except the excluded stream.
