If you've got the Outlook Plugin and you're finding that visitors are either -

1) Not being identified

2) Not being assigned correctly

3) Aren't appearing in the 'Source: One to one emails' Stream

You may want to check your settings are correct. Compose a new email and click on 'CANDDi Settings' a window like this should appear - 

Copy across the following and click 'Save'

Medium - email

Source - outlook

Campaign - leave this blank 

Attributes - ce,ce_b4,cas,cas_b4,cfn,cln,cc,cn

Override Sender Address - tick this

CANDDi Email Address - should have your email address in this.

Then send an email direct to your CANDDi Consultant or to help@canddi.com and we'll check all is working properly for you.
