You can setup a trigger that will automatically add tags to your contacts. Below is how you go about it and when you might want to use it.
You might have a contact that was identified through your email marketing. This person ends in your email marketing stream as well as your identified stream. But then, the contact also enquiries using a CANDDi Capture (as in this example a geographically targeted Capture)
In the Trigger Dashboard, choose Change Tag. You then pick a stream that you want this trigger to apply to and when to use that trigger (more explained on what each of these options means here). In the setup below you can choose to either add or remove a tag. In this case, we are adding a capture_enquired.
You would use remove the tag if, for example, a prospect moves from Company Identified to Identified stream if you have a company_identified tag.
