Can CANDDi track my Live Chat?

You will notice in your dashboard there is a new 'Additional Tracking' page under 'Settings'.

CANDDi is now able to track several different Live Chats.

Below will explain what Live Chats CANDDi can track, and exactly what will show in the activities of a visitor.

 

Chat Heroes

- Visitor's Email address

- Agent's name

- Chat conversation

- Show/hide chat window

Drift

- Visitor's email address

- Opened/Closed Drift welcome message

LiveChat

- Start/End chat

- Chat conversation

- Full Name of visitor

- Email of visitor

- Ticket ID and Subject

Olark

- Full name of visitor

- Email of visitor

- Phone number of visitor

- Chat conversation

- Show/hide chat window

Zendesk Chat (Zopim)

- Name of visitor

- Email of visitor

- Phone number of visitor

- Show/hide chat window

Zoho

- Full name of visitor

- Email address of visitor

- Message to visitor from agent

- Chat Started/ended

- Chat feedback

- Message from visitor (when agent is offline) 

- Chat rating
