No in most cases. However we recommend the following for getting the maximum value from CANDDi:
- All forms on the website have explicit field nomenclature and are the same across the website (eg. email for "email"). We automatically recognise most of them but we would struggle automatically knowing what "Input_24" means.
- Login section should be accessed using an email to maximise the capture of identity for your customers.
- All downloads should be made by an explicit click on a link pointing to the file (we cannot track the downloads triggered on a form submission). In the case of download AFTER a form submission (eg. to capture an email before a download) then the user must be asked to click on the download link after the form submission.
- All product pages if any should follow the same HTML structure.
