Below are the steps on how to set up your CANDDi.Download
Here's what needs to be done:
1. Go to your CANDDi.Download, this can be accessed through your dashboard under 'Identify' then 'CANDDi.Download'. (Or click here)
2. Please sign in with your account. (if you have trouble signing in then please contact support on 0161 414 1080 or firstname.lastname@example.org)
3. At the top, go to 'Settings'.
4. Here you will need to add a part of your original CANDDi tracking code.
5. If you click the link with 'startHere' at the end, it will take you to the page where you originally got your tracking code.
6. If you scroll down to CANDDi Plug-ins, click on the WordPress logo. Under number 4, you will need to copy this code
7. You will need to paste this into the 'Tracker ID' field in CANDDi.Download
8. Underneath this you will need to upload/drag and drop your company logo and click save.
Your CANDDi.Download account is now ready to use!
